01. About these terms

Luminary Pixel is the trading name used on this website. Service provider: Luminary Pixel LLC. These details identify the party responsible for the services described here.

These terms apply to your use of luminarypixel.site and services ordered from Luminary Pixel. Review them before confirming a project. A written quotation or statement of work sets out your specific deliverables. If a project-specific term differs from these general terms, the agreed project term takes priority for that issue, subject to applicable law.

02. Services and availability

Our services may include WordPress website design, landing pages, on-page SEO setup, speed optimization, WooCommerce setup, technical support and maintenance. A listing marked “Coming soon” or “In development” is not an offer to accept paid orders.

Website audits are currently being prepared for launch. Their final coverage, report language, price and delivery commitments will be stated before ordering opens. Audits provide findings and recommendations; implementation requires a separate agreement unless expressly included.

03. Quotes, scope and changes

Before paid work begins, we agree the deliverables, fee, required materials, timeline and any included revisions in writing. “From” prices are starting prices, not fixed quotes for every website. Website access restrictions, complexity and additional requirements can affect the quote.

Additional pages, features, content writing or troubleshooting outside the agreed scope require approval and a separate fee or revised quotation. We will not treat an unapproved change request as authorization to charge for extra work.

04. Pricing and payment

Website prices are displayed in USD. Your quotation or checkout will state the amount payable, payment schedule, applicable taxes and any disclosed fees before you pay. Hosting, domains, paid themes, plugins and other third-party charges are excluded unless listed in the agreement.

Payments are accepted only through the methods confirmed for your project. We may pause work for overdue agreed payments after notifying you. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

05. Your materials and website access

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and materials you have permission to use. You must own or be authorized to manage any website you ask us to modify or test.

Provide only the minimum permissions needed. Do not send passwords, payment details or private API keys through public contact forms. Any necessary access should be shared through an agreed secure method and revoked when no longer required. Backup responsibilities and a recovery plan should be confirmed before website changes begin.

06. Timelines, review and maintenance

Project timelines are confirmed after reviewing requirements. Delayed content, feedback, access or third-party dependencies may require a revised delivery date, which we will communicate. Included revision rounds and review periods are stated in your quotation; there is no unlimited revision allowance unless agreed.

Maintenance covers only the stated monthly tasks and support allowance. Emergency response, additional hours and new features are not automatically included. Renewal and cancellation terms must be disclosed before a recurring plan starts.

07. Ownership and third-party licenses

Your pre-existing content remains yours. Rights in custom deliverables, source files and their transfer after payment are defined in your project agreement. Until confirmed, do not assume exclusive ownership of every theme, template, plugin or stock asset used.

Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licenses. We will identify separately licensed items in the agreed scope. We will request permission before displaying your private project materials or identifying you in a portfolio.

08. Audit evidence and service limitations

SEO rankings, sales increases and fixed performance scores are not guaranteed. Website measurements can vary by test conditions, hosting, location and third-party resources. Audit coverage is limited to the pages and signals actually checked and does not establish complete website security or legal compliance.

If AI-assisted interpretation is used for a future audit, numerical findings must come from measurement tools or crawlers and pass the stated quality checks before delivery. Private customer records are not required for a public website audit.

We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for a particular issue will be assessed under the project agreement and applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket waiver of consumer rights.

09. Questions, complaints and updates

Contact us about an issue with your project, identifying the agreed scope and relevant evidence. We will review the concern and discuss an appropriate response. Updates to these website terms will show a revised date; material changes to an existing project require agreement or another lawful basis and will not automatically rewrite completed orders.
